The culinary scene is going downhill

Where has the culinary scene gone in the wrong direction? Why are there fewer and fewer quality taverns? Why is it so hard to keep a good traditional restaurant alive? These are just some of the questions that panelists Hrvoje Zirojević from the Split restaurant Dvor, David Skoko, and Vesna Miletić, owner of the restaurant Tač, will address. The panelists will touch on the importance of traditional recipes on restaurant menus, what should form the “backbone” of the culinary scene, and forgetting essential values in hospitality. The panelists will discuss the importance of preserving rich culinary culture.
