Today, he is one of the most important Croatian chefs, having elevated Dvor, the restaurant he currently leads, to one of the most desirable dining spots in the country. This premier league chef has enriched Croatian gastronomy with his significant commitment to mentoring and educating younger generations. He is also known for his long-standing involvement with the Laganini restaurant on Palmižana, where he hosted many international stars who returned to Croatia just to relive a meal prepared by Hrvoje Zirojević. He has received numerous culinary awards both in Croatia and abroad.
