Although he is not widely exposed in the media, Marko Pećnik has become an indispensable name when we talk about the very top in the world of cocktails and alcoholic beverages, especially if we discuss high mixology, education, and inspiring new generations as a bartender, ambassador, and organizer. He began his career at the Swanky Monkey Garden in Zagreb and has since participated in some of the most important catering projects such as Aperitivo Bar and Raise the Bar, but in between, he managed to develop and work in the Netherlands for one of the most awarded HoReCa groups. Today, he is a co-owner and lecturer at the well-known Art of Bar academy, teaches at the Kul In culinary academy, and develops brands in close collaboration with the Pernod Ricard group, and he has promised us that he will soon finally take the time to work on his Instagram profile.
