In order to make it as easy as possible for you and help you with all the questions related to this year's edition of the Weekend Food Festival, we have collected some of the most common questions you may have.

Q: How can I buy tickets?

A: All visitors can buy tickets through the Entrio system.

 

Q: What does the ticket include or not include?

A: The ticket includes admission to all lectures, presentations, panels, workshops and concerts for all three days of the festival.

The ticket does NOT include food and beverages, travel arrangements and hotel reservations.

Tickets for Gala Dinners and Masterclasses are NOT included in the basic ticket price, and will also be available for purchase through the Entrio system.

 

Q: What is PRESS accreditation?

A: A special type of application for journalists, photographers and bloggers who attend or follow the Festival with the aim of making and sending press releases, or publishing them on their channels. The application for accreditation must be submitted on our website https://weekendfoodfestival.com/press/. The completed form does not guarantee PRESS accreditation, and our team will inform you within 7 days of registration whether or nor your PRESS accreditation has been approved.

 

Q: Where to stay in Rovinj?

Q: Who will be allowed to enter the WFF?

A:Admission will be provided to all participants who have secured registration fee and EU digital COVID confirmation or negative PCR or antigen test. Antigenic, so-called a quick test will be possible at the entrance to the old Tobacco Factory.

 

 

Q: Given the epidemiological situation, how will this year’s WFF be organized?

A: The organizers continuously monitor the epidemiological situation and the Weekend Food Festival will be held in accordance with all prescribed measures. Also, the provision of all recommended guidelines will be possible given the fact that the festival will be held in the old place, in the old Tobacco Factory, where there is a large number of halls and open spaces that meet safety criteria and it is easy to maintain the recommended physical distance.

 

 

Q: What if someone gets infected at a festival?

A: We expect all visitors to act responsibly. The plan is to be in continuous communication with the Civil Protection Directorate in order to be ready for any and all eventualities. We appeal to all participants to adhere to all prescribed protection measures because in this way we protect ourselves, other participants and also the whole planet.

 

Q: Do I need to be vaccinated in order to attend the festival?

A: Entry to the festival will be provided in accordance with the conditions and recommendations laid out by state authorities, which we will communicate to our visitors through our website and social media platforms.

In addition to the registration fee, the condition for entry is an EU digital COVID certificate or a test certificate according to the applicable rules, which you can read at: https://www.eudigitalnacovidpotvrda.hr/hr/covid-potvrde/potvrda-o-testiranju.

 

Q: What if the festival is canceled?

A: As we have already mentioned, we are counting on the Weekend taking place. However, if changes occur, the full amount of the payment will be refunded to everyone. It is for this reason that we want to minimize the risk for all participants.

 

Q: Do you expect the same amount of people or fewer this year?

A: Our expectations are in line with government measures and guidelines, and at the moment we expect fewer people than last year. Of course, we will plan this year’s Weekend Food Festival in accordance with the development of the health situation. In any case, all safety measures will be applied at the festival, regardless of the number of people.

 

Information related to billing and invoicing:

VAT for foreign citizens

VAT is calculated on the basis of Art. 21 of the VAT Act. Since the service being provided is performed on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, according to the Act we are obliged to calculate and report VAT.

 

Q: Is a ticket refund possible?
