In order to make it as easy as possible for you and help you with all the questions related to this year's edition of the Weekend Food Festival, we have collected some of the most common questions you may have.

Q: How can I buy tickets?

A: All visitors can buy tickets through application form on the Weekend Food Festival website.


Q: What does the ticket include or not include?

A: The ticket includes admission to all lectures, presentations, panels and concerts for all three days of the festival.

The ticket does NOT include food and beverages, travel arrangements and hotel reservations.

Tickets for Gala Dinners are NOT included in the basic ticket price, and will also be available for purchase through our website.


Q: What is PRESS accreditation?

A: A special type of application for journalists, photographers and bloggers who attend or follow the Festival with the aim of making and sending press releases, or publishing them on their channels. The application for accreditation must be submitted on our website https://weekendfoodfestival.com/press/. The completed form does not guarantee PRESS accreditation, and our team will inform you within 7 days of registration whether or nor your PRESS accreditation has been approved.

Q: What if the festival is canceled?

A: As we have already mentioned, we are counting on the Weekend taking place. However, if changes occur, the full amount of the payment will be refunded to everyone. It is for this reason that we want to minimize the risk for all participants.



Information related to billing and invoicing:

VAT for foreign citizens

VAT is calculated on the basis of Art. 21 of the VAT Act. Since the service being provided is performed on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, according to the Act we are obliged to calculate and report VAT.

What if I haven’t received a ticket with a code?

In case you have not received the email, check your spam box. If you do not find it there, contact our info email: info@weekendfoodfestival.com.


Q: Given the current epidemiological situation, how will the Weekend Food Festival be organized?

A: The organizers are continuously monitoring the epidemiological situation and the Weekend Food Festival will be held in accordance with all prescribed measures. Furthermore, adherence to the recommended guidelines is possible due to the fact that the festival will be held in the old Tobacco Factory, where there are a large number of halls and open spaces that meet safety criteria and ensure the maintenance of the recommended physical distance.


Q: What if someone gets infected at a festival?

A: We expect responsible behaviour from all visitors. We are in continuous communication with the Civil Protection Directorate in order to be ready for any eventuality. We appeal to all participants to adhere to the prescribed protection measures in order to protect themselves and other participants.
