Q: How can I buy tickets?

Q: What does the ticket include or not include?

A: The ticket includes admission to all lectures, presentations, panels, workshops and concerts for all three days of the festival.

The ticket does NOT include food and beverages, travel arrangements and hotel reservations.

Tickets for Gala Dinners and Masterclasses are NOT included in the basic ticket price.


Q: What is PRESS accreditation?

A: A special type of application for journalists, photographers and bloggers who attend or follow the Festival with the aim of making and sending press releases, or publishing them on their channels. The application for accreditation must be submitted on our website https://weekendfoodfestival.com/press/. The completed form does not guarantee PRESS accreditation, and our team will inform you within 7 days of registration whether or nor your PRESS accreditation has been approved.


Q: Where to stay in Rovinj?

Q: What if the festival is canceled?

A: As we have already mentioned, we are counting on the Weekend taking place. However, if changes occur, the full amount of the payment will be refunded to everyone.

Information related to billing and invoicing:

VAT for foreign citizens

VAT is calculated on the basis of Art. 21 of the VAT Act. Since the service being provided is performed on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, according to the Act we are obliged to calculate and report VAT.


Q: Is a ticket refund possible?

A: We are very much counting on the 2023 Weekend Food Festival taking place. However, if there are any changes, we will refund the full payment amount.
