Branko Takač has spent his entire working life at Podravka. After completing culinary school in Bjelovar and later the Hotel and Tourism Faculty in Opatija, he was employed at Podravka as a chef in the hospitality facilities Pivnica Kraluš and Podravska klet. He then moved to the position of Culinary Promoter and, along with the rest of the team, worked on promoting Podravka's product range. Among other things, this team also participated in preparing meals at the Olympic Games in Athens and Beijing and at all major fairs in Europe. Branko later took over the position of Director of Catering for several years and is currently employed as a Gastro Specialist - Educator. Being from continental Croatia, specifically born in Koprivnica, he prefers preparing meat dishes and old dishes that our grandmothers used to make, but with a more modern approach.
