With 20 years of experience in hospitality and 10 years of intensive work in the field of Japanese cuisine, I have particularly directed my passion towards the art of sushi, Japanese culture, sake, and genuine authentic Japanese ingredients. Currently, I am working as a supervisor and act as an extended arm of the Japanese sushi master Hiroki Ishikawa and director Greg Božičnik in the restaurant Sushimama, as well as in the recently opened restaurant Barra, which combines Japanese and Peruvian cuisine and is known for its Nikkei concept.
