How to survive twenty or more years at the top of the culinary scene?

Was it harder to maintain consistency in quality and improve it in the beginning, or is today’s era more challenging? These are just some of the questions we will open with the biggest institutions of Croatian hospitality. The idea of the panel is for the panelists to speak clearly and without reservation about the direction of the culinary scene, their visions, and to identify problems they encounter while exchanging opinions and their own, completely different life paths.
