Why do Slovenians do it better?

The core of the Slovenian culinary scene is much stronger than Croatia’s.

This panel is focused on prominent Slovenian representatives who provide a broader picture of the Slovenian gastronomic scene and the challenges related to sourcing ingredients, or more so distributing the ingredients from producers to restaurants. Although unique in many values, selected panelists have different stories. They will address the issues of exit prices set to make profit, mistakes made, and business moves that have proven to be a complete success. There will also be discussions on the constant education of restaurateurs and the workforce, and how they achieve it.
