Saša Pejić is a seasoned hospitality professional from Belgrade, Serbia, with a career spanning from 2000 when he started as a waiter at Dar Fez, a restaurant specializing in Moroccan cuisine. His experience includes roles as an F&B Manager at notable establishments like Hotel Aleksandar Palas and pre-opening roles at Imanje Knjaz and Opera in Podgorica, Montenegro. He elevated his career to the role of a General Manager at the renowned "Tri Šešira" restaurant from 2015 to 2018. Currently, he serves as the CEO of Bq Group, managing a portfolio of restaurants including Tri Šešira and Boutique Trg, among others, with over 1000 employees and exciting projects like a new restaurant on the 40th floor of the Belgrade Waterfront Tower.
