After 15 years in banking, Sanja Obradović, now the owner of Fetiš bistro, decided to make a complete career change and enter the hospitality industry, specifically by opening a gluten-free bistro. Having had dietary issues herself, after deciding to change professions and desiring to open her own establishment, she chose to open a gluten-free bistro that caters to everyone who enjoys a good brunch, lunch, or early dinner, as well as various desserts, and also to those for whom a gluten-free diet is a necessary option. Today, after 2 and a half years of successful operation, she is happy to have contributed to the community as there are very few such establishments that provide a safe form of nutrition without gluten contamination, but also because the bistro's offerings are praised by everyone and this specific concept has thrived despite the significant challenges it entails.
