Sanja Kolarić Kravar graduated and earned her PhD at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology of the University of Zagreb. She began her professional career at the State Inspectorate, where she worked for 13 years in the field of official food controls. After that, she moved to the Ministry of Agriculture and became the head of the Food Quality Sector in August 2017. As a lecturer, she has participated in numerous domestic and international congresses and professional gatherings, and has held many trainings related to innovations in the field of food consumer information, food quality standards, as well as the area of recognition of natural mineral and spring waters, quality systems of agricultural and food products, and the prevention of food waste.
