Nina Vičić, born in Opatija, began her journey to Istria by enrolling in a winemaking study program. Even during her studies, she started working in Istrian wineries, and together with the experience gained, she shaped herself into a specialist in the field of winemaking. After that, she opened her own business for wine tours, providing unique experiences for wine lovers across the region. Her path also led her to the Tenuta Tre Terre estate, where she is now responsible for numerous segments, from vinegar production to landscaping and vineyard management. Together with Ivan Catalano, she is determined to create premium vinegars and to develop their value in gastronomy.
