Chef Nikša Boban has worked in hotels such as Le Meridien Lav and Park, ACI Marina in Milna, but has also led a successful food delivery project "Daj yst". As a head chef, he has spearheaded successful projects for Imperium Restaurant, Cornaro Hotel, Allure Center, Salona Palace Hotel, and Cvita Hotel. With more than 30 years of culinary experience, he now imparts his knowledge to students of the Aspira's study program in Gastronomy as the leader of the culinary practicum. His culinary philosophy is a refined blend of his Dalmatian heritage and a perpetual quest for global flavors, fused through innovative techniques that accentuate the intrinsic value of ingredients and spices. He is a passionate lover of jazz and painting, which permeates his "dishes" and is an important part of his expression in another art form of the world – gastronomy.
