Matija Bogdan is currently the executive chef of the Aminess hotel group's restaurants and is one of the most esteemed chefs on the scene, both by guests and professionals. However, his path to today's status was difficult. In his second year at the Faculty of Philosophy, he realized he wanted to become a chef, so he retrained for his desired profession. He volunteered at Dubravkin Put and Baltazar, then shifted into higher gear and sought an internship with Daniel Patterson in San Francisco. After that, little could stop him. He went through a series of internships at the best restaurants in the world, and at London's Ledbury, which recently received its third Michelin star, he stayed for years and reached the position to lead Ledbury alongside Brett Graham.
