25-year-old Karlo Kralj is a bartender at Swanky Monkey Garden Bar who graduated from the Raise the Bar Academy in 2021. He is a trained optician and has been in the hospitality industry for five years. He started with coffee, but quickly discovered his passion for cocktails. He believes that it is important to accumulate know-how, to learn continuously and to progress, and one day he wants to pass on his know-how to new bartender generations.
