Ivan Catalano, originally from Sicily, has called Novigrad his home for 25 years, representing more than half of his life. From managing restaurants to running a tourist agency, a construction company, and a real estate agency, his entrepreneurial spirit has navigated through various sectors. Yet, amidst a turbulent career, he found solace in his personal refuge, an estate he acquired to create a peaceful oasis for his family and himself and to dedicate to his hobby of vinegar production.
