Domagoj Radić is a graduate economist who, after completing his studies in Osijek in 2002, began working in the family business T.D.A. Ltd. in Vinkovci, which was engaged in the production of bakery products and wholesale and retail trade. Following the acquisition of T.D.A. Ltd. by Boso Ltd. in 2005, a new company, Pekar Ltd., was founded, where Domagoj continues to work to this day. Since 2005, Pekar Ltd. has become the exclusive supplier of bakery products for stores under the Boso company, and in 2007, it started producing frozen bakery products and set up the first oven for baking products at the point of sale. In 2011, they achieved their first significant wholesale cooperation in the field of frozen products with Kaufland KD Croatia, and in 2013, they took over more than 200 outlets of the Osijek-based Biljemerkant and became the exclusive supplier of bakery products. The company has more than 470 employees, exports to 17 European countries, and last year produced more than 23 million kilograms of bread and pastries.
