Bruno Vokal

Noel, 1* Michelin star
Bruno Vokal is an accomplished chef from Croatia. He graduated from High school for gastronomy and tourism in Zagreb in 2011 and has worked in various restaurants, including several with Michelin stars. His experience includes positions as Executive Chef at Restaurant Noel in Zagreb since April 2019, Sous Chef at Restaurant 360 Dubrovnik in Dubrovnik from February 2018 to March 2019, and Chef de Partie at Hotel Lowen**** in Austria from November 2015 to April 2017. Bruno has also participated in prestigious culinary competitions such as Bocuse d'Or Croatia 2022 and Best Young Chef by San Pellegrino, and completed a stage at Alain Ducasse at Dorchester in London in January 2019.
