Ante Udovičić has been the head chef of the luxurious hotel Lemongarden's restaurant for years. His first most notable engagement in his career was leading the kitchen of Split's Paradigma. Udovičić consistently invests in his knowledge, and few chefs in Croatia can boast such a number of internships at the best restaurants. Among them are Azurmendi, Steirereck, Per Se, The Jane, and many others, with the latest being Mirazur, which was also declared the best restaurant in the world by World´s 50 Best in 2019.
