Co-founder and manager of Brlog cooperative brewery from Zadar, the only one of its kind in Croatia (and beyond). Ana grew up in Velika Gorica, graduated in food technology at the faculties in Split and Ljubljana, and before beer, she was mainly involved in wine production. She is passionate about creating and developing the Brlog community and generally has a great driving energy and loves to create something out of nothing. Thus, the Brlog story was born from absolute zero and without its own startup capital, from a borrowed "garage" to an international team of 6 full-time employees. The cooperative is special for its 127 members - small investors who have so far invested a total of over 300,000 euros in the cooperative! The most famous beers are Plavuša and Neposlušna (blonde ale and hoppy red ale), which with their visuals, names, and even flavors, try to be a positive social inspiration and encouragement. Recently, a limited beer created in collaboration with the famous Zadar Maraska was also silver awarded.
