Can fine dining restaurants be profitable?

It’s currently a fact that many concepts are being pushed under fine dining on the Croatian culinary scene, even though they don’t belong there. Going to a fine dining restaurant is a unique experience, and it’s not enough to buy velvet chairs and invest a lot of money in the interior to make an establishment fine dining. The panelists will discuss the real values of fine dining restaurants, how much needs to be invested in such concepts, their personal experiences, challenges, expectations, and disappointments, and provide a summary as a forecast for the future direction the fine dining scene will take.
