Karime Lopez is the chef of Massimo Bottura's Gucci Osteria, with whom she laid the foundations of this widely known restaurant. Working with Massimo Bottura at the Osteria Francescana restaurant, she learned that cooking is a form of art and expression, and how important it is to have a motivated and responsible team involved throughout the creative process. Chef Lopez cooks with deep sensitivity, engaging all the senses. She is inspired by Italian tastes and traditional knowledge, and special locations that are close to her heart, expressing immense joy and generosity.
