Igor Čimbur is the owner of the Baltazar restaurant and the Soho sushi bar, and has been in the catering business for 20 years. He actively leads the Chef kuha doma association, which culminated during the global pandemic in 2020, and selflessly helped Sisak and Petrinja after the major earthquake in 2020.
