Dario is an entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience, focusing on sales and marketing projects, real estate development, renewable energy sources, agriculture, and hospitality. From 1992 to 1999, he worked across Central and Eastern Europe as well as in Asia, leading teams of over 800 people. After the year 2000, his work shifted to real estate development projects, including prominent ones such as the Karolyi Istvan City Center in Budapest and the Novi Spa Hotels and Resort in Croatia. From 2009 onwards, his interest centered on 'green development' in Southeast Asia, establishing a company in Bali and developing a sustainable luxury resort. Since 2018, he founded the BioMania brand, launching a vegan 'street food' concept and bistro in Croatia, with the Biomania bistro entering the top 1% of the best restaurants in the world according to Tripadvisor and ranking 9th in the vegan/vegetarian category in 2023.
