I have gained my extensive experience at Lesaffre, where I currently work as a BBD (Baking Business Development Manager). I started working at the development center in 2012, and in 2019, I joined the sales team as a sales and technology representative, especially in the segment of industrial customers. From 2024, I have been promoted to the new position of Business Development Manager for Baking. By listening to the market, we concluded that we needed to create a quick and healthy solution for homemakers so they could have healthy bread in these busy times. In collaboration with colleagues from the development department, we created di-go mixes. 3 types of bread, something for everyone. The bread contains no additives or preservatives and can be made by children with its easy preparation. MIX-STIR-BAKE.
