Ana Roš started cooking out of love. The family restaurant she took over from her husband's parents, thanks to her inspired creations, has earned her the 21st place on the prestigious list of World's 50 Best Restaurants. Hiša Franko was awarded two Michelin stars, and in 2017 Ana was named the best female chef in the world. Her popularity is even greater after being featured in Netflix’s documentary Chef’s Table. With Ana comes her main confectioner Maša Salopek, who in 2021 won the title of the best confectioner in the world according to The Best Chef awards.
