With over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, Aleksandar began his career as a receptionist and concierge at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Belgrade. After that, he worked as a general manager at Villa Montenegro in Sveti Stefan, Montenegro, and returned to Serbia where he held managerial positions at the Country Club Babe and the President Hotel in Kovilovo. The position of operations manager at the Zira Deluxe hotel played a crucial role in his career before advancing to the position of general manager at the same hotel. Later, he joined the Falkensteiner Group as the general manager of Falkensteiner Hotel Belgrade, and then Falkensteiner Hotel Stara Planina. In 2018, he took on the role of cluster general manager and director for Serbia and Montenegro at Falkensteiner Hotels. After nearly eight years with the Austrian hotel chain, he joined the Radisson Hotel Group, where he served as general manager of the Radisson Collection brand, Old Mill in Belgrade. Since January 2021, Aleksandar has been the general manager of the Hilton Belgrade. He is also the president of the Board of Directors of the HORES Association.
