The Riedel family, who made history by creating the first modern wine glass, was also the first to develop an entire line of glasses, each designed for wine made from a different grape variety.
The RIEDEL Wine Glass Experience is a unique workshop led by Ivana Ovčina, the RIEDEL brand ambassador for Croatia.
During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to experience how the different shapes of glasses affect the taste and experience of the wine you are drinking. By tasting 4 different wines, each from a different grape variety, from 4 different glasses, you will see the significance of the glass on the perception of wine.
What makes wine wine, what you actually like about wine, and how with the right tool you can bring out the best in it, are just some of the questions RIEDEL answers, and they will completely change the way you think about wine and wine glasses.
