Sanja is a marketing expert who spends her free time researching specialty chocolates and cocoa beans of controlled origin. She completed education for chocolate taster Level 2 - International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting (London, UK) and Master of Chocolate Flavor Certificate at Ecole Chocolat–Professional School for Chocolate Arts (Vancouver, Canada). It regularly holds guided chocolate tastings and workshops and education about chocolate and cocoa beans for professionals and the general public. TAMAN Artisan Chocolates is the most awarded producer of chocolates and chocolate products in Croatia and region, and so far they have received 33 international awards for their products, including: Gourmet chocolates, Bean-to-Bar chocolates, Giandujas and pralines.
