Born on March 13, 1963, in Pag, Boris is a married father of four, a restaurateur, entrepreneur, and the director of CISSA Ltd. in Novalja, as well as the owner of Hotel Boškinac and the Kalypso Beach Club on Zrće Beach. After his education at the Pazin Gymnasium and completing culinary school in Pag, Saša returned to Novalja in 1984 to take over the family-run guesthouse and at 23, he began his entrepreneurial and hospitality ventures. In 1987, he opened the first Adriatic beach club, Kalypso on Zrće Beach, which became a renowned entertainment spot for youth. Additionally, Saša took over Bistro Steffani in 1995, later opened Vittorio's bar, and started a vineyard venture, founding the Boškinac winery in 2002, followed by the eponymous hotel in 2003. Furthermore, Saša has been active in local politics and economic chambers, receiving numerous honors and awards, including a Michelin star for the Boškinac restaurant from 2020 onwards.
