Acclaimed Actor and Passionate Foodie Stanley Tucci to Showcase His Latest Book at the Weekend Food Festival

Meet Stanley Tucci: Actor, Author, Film Producer, and Culinary Connoisseur Extraordinaire. He gained worldwide fame for his role in The Devil Wears Prada and has starred in blockbuster movies such as Julie & Julia, The Hunger Games, The Terminal, Maid in Manhattan, Road to Perdition, and many others. He was nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his role in the film The Lovely Bones in 2010, and his brilliant culinary show “Searching for Italy,” which aired on CNN, won two Emmy awards and a Producers Guild of America award for Best Non-Fiction Television Program. In addition, he is the author of the popular cookbooks “The Tucci Cookbook” and “The Tucci Table: Cooking With Family and Friends.”

Before becoming a worldwide sensation with iconic roles in films like The Devil Wears Prada and The Hunger Games, Tucci grew up in a close-knit Italian-American family that centered around the kitchen table. In his book ‘Taste,’ he shares endearing anecdotes about his upbringing in Westchester and New York, behind-the-scenes stories from filming foodie movies like Big Night and Julie & Julia, as well as romantic tales of falling in love over dinner. He even reveals how he and his wife bond over creating fun meals for their children. Don’t miss the book promotion at the Weekend Food Festival, held at the Speakeasy bar on Saturday, April 15th, starting at 6:30 PM.
