Are franchises the future of gastronomy? Why are some franchises successful and others not? This panel will review the franchise business model to understand the revenue structure as well as the obligations of the franchiser and franchisee within the system. Also, special focus will be placed on specific figures and case studies of franchise F&B brands, both domestic and foreign. The aim of the panel is to raise awareness of the possibilities of scaling and internationalization of business through a franchise model intended mostly for owners of F&B concepts from coffee bars, restaurants, street food concepts, etc.
