TAMAN artisan chocolates
A gastro enthusiast who, after visiting the Salon du Chocolat in Paris, decided to focus his culinary interests on chocolate and chocolate production. In 2014, he completed the Professional Chocolatier and Master Chocolatier program in Belgium, organized by Ecole Chocolat - Professional School for Chocolate Arts (Vancouver, Canada). In 2016, Stiv and his wife Sanja Vladović founded TAMAN Artisan Chocolates. In the period from 2017 to 2021, he won 27 different international awards for his products, including gourmet pralines and bean-to-bar chocolates. Today, in addition to producing its own products available in retail and direct sales, Stiv designs and produces chocolates and chocolate desserts for companies in the F&B industry and restaurants. He provides consulting, organizes training for professionals, as well as lectures and workshops designed to raise awareness of chocolate quality and the importance of the artisan/craft movement in the chocolate industry.
