TAMAN Artisan Chocolates
After a successful career in music and design, Stiv devoted himself to gastronomy first as a chef, and after visiting the Salon du Chocolat in Paris in 2009, he focused his culinary interests on chocolate and chocolate products. Between 2010-2014. completed the Professional Chocolatier and Master Chocolatier programs in Belgium organized by the Canadian school Ecole Chocolat – Professional School for Chocolate Arts. Today, in addition to the production of its own products available in retail and direct sales, it designs and produces chocolates and chocolate desserts for companies from the F&B industry and restaurants, deals with consulting, organizes education for professionals and lectures and workshops with the aim of raising awareness about the quality of chocolate and the importance of artisan/ of the craft movement in the chocolate industry. TAMAN Artisan Chocolates are the most awarded producer of chocolates and chocolate products in Croatia and region, and so far they have received 33 international awards for their products, including: Gourmet chocolates, Bean-to-Bar chocolates, Giandujas and pralines.
