Slaven Macura is an experienced international brand and market development expert with over 25 years of experience in the bar, beverage and liquor industry. He started his career in bartending in Italy 25 years ago, and in 2003 became a key member of the team at one of the leading cocktail bars in Croatia at the time, Pietas Julia in Pula. He gained significant experience as a co-owner of the iconic Shakers bar and the Shakers Bartending Academy in Banja Luka. Since 2012, he has been living and working in Dubai, where he has worked for several high-end hospitality companies. Over the past 10 years, he has built a successful career in the FMCG and Spirits industries, currently focusing on the international development of Maraschino.
