Sanja is a marketing expert who spends her free time researching speciality chocolate and cocoa of controlled origin. In 2016, Sanja and her husband Stiv Kahlina started Malo&Slatko, which produces the internationally awarded TAMAN Artisan Chocolates, where she works as a chocolate taster with a focus on educational programs. She regularly holds guided chocolate tastings, workshops and trainings on chocolate and cocoa for professionals and the general public. Sanja is currently a Level 2 Chocolate Taster - International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting (London, UK) - and has a Master of Chocolate Flavour Certificate from Ecole Chocolat - Professional School for Chocolate Arts (Vancouver, Canada).
