This famous trio of chefs worked for years side by side with one of the most influential chefs of the 20th century, Ferran Adrià, as co-chefs at his El Bulli restaurant. In 2012, they decided to go off on their own and open a new restaurant together. Compartir was opened that same year, with the aim of enticing people to enjoy sharing food served in the center of the table. In 2014, their second restaurant was opened, the famous Disfrutar in the heart of Barcelona, which offers its visitors a tasting menu through the innovative expression of the trio, as they experiment with shapes, textures and flavors. New innovations are constantly coming out of their so-called R&D kitchen, such as their solid bubbles or the “Living Table” that comes to life as the meal progresses. Along with numerous other awards and recognitions, Disfrutar is currently rated the third best restaurant in the world according to World's 50 Best Restaurants.
