Mladen Livaja is an experienced sommelier and the owner of Gudin.piguerija. With extensive international experience, upon returning to Split, he wanted to develop a fun and exciting concept so guests could enjoy "coming to the market, nibbling a bit of pork, drinking a good glass, playing cards, and simply enjoying themselves." He is perhaps best known to the public for his engagement at the Boškinac in Pag, where he worked as maître d´hôtel.
