Sushi chef
Mladen Križanović is a sushi chef with a long career in producing and serving sushi. He built his experience through systems such as: supermarket sushi, catering, a-la carte restaurants and the industrial production of sushi. In 2018, he received a certificate from the renowned Tokyo Sushi Academy, where he studied the traditional Edo-Mae (Tokyo style) sushi. He is currently a production manager in the largest chain of sushi restaurants in Croatia, and also works as a lecturer at popular Zagreb sushi workshops.
