My name is Matea Jagar, born on April 30, 1994, in Pula, where I still live. I have a secondary school qualification as a nutrition technician, and a higher education degree as a Master of Agriculture with a specialization in viticulture and enology. I have been actively working in the field for about 10 years, primarily in wine production and presentation, as well as providing consulting services in the same area. In addition, I am involved in official wine evaluations and hold a WSET Level 3 certification. For the past 5 years, I have been working as an enologist at the Dobravac Winery in Rovinj.
