After completing his studies in communication, Marko Palfi decided to dedicate his life to the hospitality industry. In numerous interviews, he has revealed that he has been interested in cooking since his teenage years. After winning the runner-up title in the culinary show MasterChef, he worked with the legendary chef Dino Galvagni at the Prasac restaurant. Following that, he worked at the highly successful and original restaurant Mundoaka. Afterward, Palfi launched numerous concepts in his native Međimurje and began collaborating with Garden Brewery. Today, Palfi is the owner of the Full Circle brand and one of the most experienced experts in street food.
