Marko Gajski is the head chef at the restaurant Lešić Dimitri, to which he brought a Michelin star in 2020 that he reaffirmed in 2021. His career path is unusual and proves that one can go really far with determination, hard work and a true passion for work. Marko graduated from the Faculty of Organization and Informatics and then participated in the show Masterchef in 2011. After Masterchef he got the opportunity to go to Hvar and he spent hours, days and weeks of his career investing in himself, whether through internships at restaurants, talking to chefs and the like. He believes that one can go far with hard work, learning and true inner motivation.
