Dubravkin put
Marija Prša is a young pastry chef from Zagreb and the youngest winner of a Raise the Bar Scholarship. She graduated from the Catering and Tourism College in Zagreb as a pastry chef and tourist and hotel commercialist. During her schooling, she distinguished herself with her love of desserts and her work and she has had the chance to work at Jolie Petite Patisserie, Trinnity Sweets and numerous charity events since the second year of high school. She is currently working for Dubravkin put and has a great passion for chocolate and chocolate desserts. She has yet to start her Raise the Bar Scholarship training and she believes that this experience will bring her a lot of experience, new know-how and new opportunities.
