Luka Pavić is a teacher and lecturer of pastry-making at Aspira College in Zagreb and the head executive pastry chef at the Lemongarden hotel on the island of Brač. He is a passionate pastry chef, always ready to learn, improve his colleagues, and himself. Luka has extensive work experience as a pastry chef and head pastry chef in a number of top-rated hotels around the world. He completed his pastry-making studies at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in London and deepened his creativity by obtaining a degree in arrangement and scenographic design from the School of Design in Split. His expertise lies in passing on knowledge to other employees and students, as well as excellent skills in decorating ceremonial cakes and other pastries.
