Temšić Ivan, Aspira student, winner of MasterChef 2021. After two partner restaurants in the center of Split, he is currently working as the kitchen manager at 'Tvornica zdrave hrane' and as an external collaborator for the Michelin-starred restaurant Noel* in Zagreb, as well as for his 'pop-up' projects.
