Ivan Artuković

Ivan Artuković graduated from the Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZŠEM) where he successfully completed his undergraduate studies, including a semester at the University of Michigan in the United States. He also completed his MBA program successfully at ZŠEM in Zagreb. Throughout his career, he further specialized in various European institutions on topics related to commodity trading, procurement, organization, and management. He began his career at Franck by leading the procurement department. In November 2012, he became a member of the Board for Strategic Procurement and Investments, and later for the area of supply chain management, serving until August 2017. After various roles in the Board with a focus on operational business, he became the sole Board member with a special emphasis on operational and financial restructuring, which he successfully completed. Today, in a new term as the CEO, he aims to further modernize the company and strengthen the Franck brand. Artuković is also voluntarily engaged in the Administrative Board of the International Coffee Partners, a non-profit NGO that brings together eight leading coffee producers and traders in Europe, and the global initiative Coffee & Climate aimed at empowering and supporting small coffee growers in adopting sustainable practices; he is a member of the advisory council of ZŠEM, which includes successful leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs from various sectors; he is the vice-president of the Members' Council of the Croatian Employers' Association (HUP), and in 2022, he received the ""Manager of the Year"" award from the Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs (CROMA) in the category of best young manager.
