Throughout his career, Filip has distinguished himself by successfully implementing numerous projects aimed at supporting the hospitality community. He is the initiator and head of the Raise the Bar project aimed at improving the quality of the workforce in the hospitality industry, the HoReCa Conference that familiarizes caterers with latest global trends and the Brugal Perfeccion competition for bartenders. In 2020 he led the launch of the Costa Coffee brand in the Croatian and Slovenian markets
