Domagoj Trusić is the only authorized trainer in the region by the Specialty Coffee Association in the areas of: SCA authorized Green Coffee trainer SCA authorized Sensory Skills trainer SCA authorized Coffee Brewing trainer SCA authorized Coffee Roasting trainer SCA authorized Barista Skills trainer Coffee Specialist SCA Domagoj started his rise to the top of the world of coffee in 1997 as a manager in the coffee bar "Alien" in Rijeka, and in 2000 he became the manager of cafe "Central" in Rijeka. He has worked as the sales manager for the Laško brewery for the Adriatic region, and in 2007 he became the owner of the first specialty coffee shop in the region - "Miris kave". In 2008, Domagoj worked as a barista trainer at the catering school in Opatija, and in 2009 he became an authorized SCA coffee trainer. In 2010, he became the owner of a coffee brewing school and a consultant for Vivascaffe. In the same year he went on a trip to Colombia, which he cites as a life-changing event. In 2017, he became the head of education and project manager at Hug&Punch Coffee Co.
