Natura tartufi
Born in the white truffle season, Danijela is the fifth generation of her family to be involved with truffles. She has traveled around Italy with her parents selling truffles. Sixteen years ago their family business started processing truffles and today they are one of only two such companies in Croatia. Danijela and her husband Marko nurture and preserve the family tradition of truffling, which was started back in 1932 by her great-grandfather Pietro Černeka and Pietro Germani whose names grace their products today.
