His journey in hospitality began as a waiter, progressing through roles as a restaurant manager and F&B manager, eventually becoming the owner of Bistro Andrija and the business consulting firm A2 Consulting. In 2019, he opened a family-run restaurant bearing his name in the heart of his hometown, where his innovative approach to cuisine highlights the uniqueness and richness of Mediterranean gastronomy. Through his close ties with local fishermen, he ensures the selection of the finest seafood, delighting visitors with the creativity and freshness of traditional dishes.
